Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above

2. Major in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, and related fields, with strong professional technical capabilities and experience in the organic silicon industry.

Job responsibilities:

1. Complete the company's R&D tasks and be responsible for progress tracking.

2. Optimize the product and develop reasonable process parameters.

3. Work with company consultants to guide the production department in controlling the trial production of optimized and newly developed products, and summarize the optimization operation instructions through production.

4. Responsible for completing the small and medium-sized trial processes of the product.

5. Assist the Quality Department and Sales Department in resolving technical issues required by customers

Salary and benefits:

1. Working hours: 5.5 days per week, from 08:00 am to 12:00 am to 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm
