Introduction:
Silicone-based release coating produced by Yozho Technology, based on different applications, can be called anti-sticking silicone oil, paper release agent, coating release agent, etc. It's a solvent base or solventless product formulated with base polymer, polysiloxane containing silicon functional groups. It can be converted into a rubbery elastic polysiloxane film with isolation performance through addition-heat curing reaction under the action of crosslinking agent and catalyst, etc. The product has good wettability, wide temperature adaptation range, and low adhesive migratability.

Appropriate peeling force, good curing performance at lower temperatures;
Low toxicity, low silicon transfer, good wettability;
Strong adhesion to substrates, wide application range, and small surface properties;
Suitable for glassine, coated paper (PEK),
PE, PET, PP, PU surface coating;
Provide anti-stick properties to the substrate;
After compounding with adhesive, it can be easily peeled off from the adhesive layer.
